- All prices are excluding delivery charges
- Cake designs are subjected to slight variations and availability of decorative accessories.
- Cake colour and decorations may be subjected to slight variations from actual product due to possible discrepancies in photo to screen resolution.
- Fresh fruits are seasonal and sweetness cannot be assured.
- We reserve the rights to substitute, change, accept or reject any orders or cake designs.
- You will receive our confirmation message within 24 hours after order made. If not, please don't hesitate to contact us by call.
- Your order will be cancelled when :
- We cannot get your confirmation.
- We do not receive your payment or payment proof within 24 hours after order made.
- Items sold are not exchangeable.
- Any changes pertaining to the order must be made 3 days before collection date. We reserve the right whether to accept or reject the particular changes request.
- Complimentary candles will be provided for every cake order when requested by customers. Please indicate the correct number of big and small candles required. We will process the order according to sender's request. (note: we only provide max up to 9 big candles and 9 small candles)
- Customers may request for writings on the cake. Please indicate the wordings correctly upon placing your order. Do note that due to space constraint on the cake surface, lengthy wordings may not be accommodated. We reserve the rights to accept or reject any request of writings on the cake. It is customer's duty to ensure that such requests are acknowledged by TA BAKERY.
- All deposit made are not refundable.
